I went from crying in a corporate break room after my first baby to building multiple brands from a ten acre farm in Minnesota with horses, three kids, and a vision that keeps getting bigger. Today, I lead one of the fastest growing ecosystems in the virtual assistant industry through training, placement, founder education, live events, and conversations around the future of work for women.
I built the training program, placement agency, founder community, and future workforce platforms because women deserved a bigger opportunity than the traditional path they were handed.

The honest version is that I left corporate sobbing, became a stay-at-home mom, and found the VA industry by typing "remote jobs" into Indeed like someone who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. Spoiler: it worked out. I hired my first team member in month one of business. I built quietly for a year while my husband thought my $30K month goal was adorable. Thirteen months in I hit my first $100K cash month, and I have never once let him forget it. From my kitchen table on a ten-acre farm in Minnesota, three brands, nearly 500 VA graduates, and a community of women founders who are building something massive... it has been the wildest, most worthwhile thing I have ever done. What started as one woman searching “remote jobs” on Indeed quietly became a front row seat to one of the biggest workforce shifts happening in real time.
